Psychotherapy
There are times in your life when you may need more than the advice or the listening ear of a friend or family member. During these times you can feel particularly isolated, vulnerable or overwhelmed by your situation.
Psychotherapy differs from counselling in that psychotherapy allows a person may want to address long-standing issues, whereas counselling .....Such issues may be related to past experiences, on-going life challenges or recurring patterns that impact negatively on one's life and relationships. Working through your issues in a supportive safe environment allows you to explore and understand these patterns and their drivers in a way that leads to personal growth and freedom from old limiting behaviours.
